"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If there was a way to rate Chas Brown State Farm Insurance with 10 stars, I would surely do it. He is THAT good. My husband and I had been with the same insurance company for 40+ years. Within the last year, my home and auto premiums had doubled, while the coverage remained the same. To say that we were insurance poor would be an understatement. So, I went out on a limb and sent our policies to Chas Brown to see if he could duplicate the coverage at a lower premium. He immediately determined that not only were our premiums inflated, but we were also underinsured. He increased our coverage and still saved us over $500 per year. My mother, a very savvy woman, always said, “It takes a Philadelphia lawyer to understand an insurance policy.” (Never understood what was so special about Philadelphia lawyers, but if Mama said it then it must be so). This was not the case with Chas and Tyler. They thoroughly explained every aspect of my new home and auto policies, and patiently answered all my questions. I truly believe that the new generation of insurance professionals have lived through their parents' struggles with policies and claims, and they will do everything in their power to make things easier for us all. To all my Alabama friends and family, I just wanted to make you aware that there is a wonderful hard-working young man who can help with your insurance needs. He is one of the sweetest, most honest, kindest, and most caring people you will ever meet. I've known him since he was a little boy and Chas Brown is just as awesome now as he was then."

"As outsiders to the insurance environment in the United States, we identified the State Farm from its reviews, and quickly via a very helpful receptionist were referred to one of the best service providers I have ever dealt with on anything, Tyler Jones, an Account Manager. Inside a week, all of our needs were met in exemplary fashion. Tyler was always available when we need here, identified and explained relevant options in the U.S. and Alabama insurance environment, anticipated and answered our questions even before we needed to ask them, and did all of that with such good humour and friendliness that we no longer felt adrift in a insurance environment that is unfamiliar to us. I can't think of a better representative for the Agency, and that the Agency hosts such a service provider speaks volumes about its competence, attention to detail, accessibility, and client focus.
